Project management and construction management

When planning is completed and financing arranged, it's time to start construction of the wind farm. In this phase, we take on the complete project management for our customers. Design and implementation planning, for instance for cable runs and foundations, invitations to tender, contracting and construction management – all this is in safe hands with us.

During the performance of all work, we cooperate closely with the parties involved, such as plant suppliers, heavy-load haulage companies, government authorities and land owners. We constantly monitor time schedules and budgets.
