In April, the Group commissioned its own Vestas V112-3.45 MW turbine in the district of Stade. Now, two more Vestas V112-3.3 MW with a hub height of 140 m have gone on stream in the Wesermarsch district in the municipality of Ovelgönne. Commissioning was completed before enforcement of the amendment to the technical connection regulation TAR medium voltage (VDE 4110) on 30 June 2020.
The managing partners of Projekt GmbH, Heike Kröger and Ubbo de Witt, are especially pleased that "Together with the other main contractor, Vestas, we completed the project even ahead of the agreed time schedule".
Now the Projekt team can focus on erection of a further VESTAS wind energy turbine in the town of Werther in the Gütersloh district. As an element of the town's climate protection concept[1], a Vestas V126-3.6 MW turbine with a hub height of 137 m will be built at the Häger location. It follows a permit issued for the operator BNetzA in May 2019. "We've almost wrapped up the preliminary work, so erection will go ahead in August this year", says Martin Jongebloed, the project engineer.
As soon as the coronavirus restrictions are sufficiently eased, there will be a party to celebrate together with the neighbouring sports club, SV Häger.
