An important success factor for continuous operation of the local-authority-owned wind farm companies is experience-based technical operational management. The Projekt group has been running the prototype, the GE 2.5XL, since 2008 on the test field in Wilhelmshaven.

Optimum technical operational management of the wind turbines will be guaranteed by the professional cooperation between the owner and the operational management company working together with the turbine manufacturer, the service companies, the insurers and the commercial controlling department of Projekt Ökovest GmbH.
